Ao:

- Dọn vệ sinh sên đáy. Sát trùng bằng vôi bung.

- Oxydol xịt hoặc tạt: 1kg/ 1000 m³.

- Sát trùng. GLUTAL (BKC, Glutaraldehyde), THK Iodine

- Oxydol: 1 gói/1000 m³.

- Sorbatox: 1-5 kg/1000 m³.

- Bón lót.

2. TRƯỚC KHI THẢ GIỐNG

- Chuẩn độ mặn.

- pH.
